The App is a comedy party game. Card content is intentionally vulgar, raunchy, dark, and offensive. AI-generated cards may produce content that is more explicit than the static deck. By using the App, you accept that you may encounter content that:

The App is not a substitute for treatment, therapy, sponsorship, peer-support meetings, medication, or any form of professional care. Nothing in the App should be interpreted as advice. All static card content, the "Chaos & Recovery" name and logo, "Empower Recovery" brand, and the App itself are owned by 369 Recovery LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
AI-generated cards produced inside the App are licensed to you for personal in-game use only. We make no warranties about the originality, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of display names you create. By using a display name in the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it to other players in the same game room.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 369 Recovery LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY MATTER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (LIKELY ZERO).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where 369 Recovery LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in that state's courts.
